Neurological Rehabilitation and Older Adults
How I can help
Neurological physiotherapy focuses on restoring movement and function after conditions or injuries affecting the brain, spinal cord, or nerves. I work with individuals experiencing changes in balance, strength, sensation, coordination, flexibility, or muscle tone, and help them regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.
During your first appointment, I’ll take time to understand how your condition is affecting you day to day. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan centered on your goals whether that’s improving balance, walking more confidently, returning to sport, or simply moving with more ease.

• Balance retraining to reduce risk of falls
• Strength training and cardiovascular exercise

• Dizziness and vestibular rehabilitation
• Gait retraining and progression of walking aids
